A focused 45-minute conversation about where you are, where you want to be, and what's standing in the way. You'll leave with a clear sense of direction and a plan for how ongoing coaching would work — no pressure, no obligation.
How do one-hour coaching sessions work?
Each session is one hour, one focus. We meet by video call, set a clear goal for the hour, and end with concrete actions you're accountable for before the next session. Sessions are $110, scheduled at a rhythm that fits your life.
